I am a Can Fit Pro Certified Personal Trainer, Level 2 KB Stronger Kettlebell trainer and Fit Boot Dance Instructor. Alongside my certifications in fitness, I am also certified in first aid with my CPR C AED. \u00a0I am currently working on additional certifications to offer unique fitness and nutrition programs and will update as attained.<\/p>\n

I have been blessed to have accomplished many fitness orientated goals and \u00a0would love to help motivate you in your individual fitness journey. \u00a0Serving others is what drives me forward and inspires me to continue to grow and develop my fitness workouts so more people can enjoy the benefits of a healthier, happier lifestyle.\u201d<\/p>\n
